Here’s a quick card with lots of fun embellishments.
It’s always nice when your paper does the work for you. Both the background and the lady are cut from pages of the A Ladies’ Diary collection from Graphic 45.
The flowers were of the generic white variety that you can buy in a huge bag. I dabbed them with some Victorian Velvet Distress Ink and added pearls to the centers.
And the thread card is a stamp from Pink Persimmon. I distressed it up with some Black Soot, Frayed Burlap and Vintage Photo, then wrapped a scrap of DMC floss around it. I think it goes so well with the papers.
